G-Dragon Outranks Super Junior On Album Sales !

Super Junior’s “Sorry Sorry” has been a top seller for most of this year, from March-September. Now that G-Dragon’s solo album, “Heartbreaker” has reached the shelves, it has outranked Super Junior in the end to be the top seller.

“Heartbreaker” was released on August 18, almost 2 months ago, and “Sorry Sorry was released back in March. So you can see the dramatic difference in months. Yet G-Dragon was still able to outrank them. He definitely lives up to his new nickname, “G-Dragon Tsunami”

By the 24th of September, “Heartbreaker” has reached over 116,270 copies which surpassed “Sorry Sorry’s” 116,131. Not only did he outrank Suju, he has also outranked many famous group’s comeback album such as Girl’s Generation’s Genie, Girl’s Generation’s Gee and 2NE1’s self titled debut mini-album. Mr. Jiyong now has the best selling album under his name .
